Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sugar for balance

    Bay leaf (one piece)
    One can tomato sauce (8 ounces)
    One can tomato paste (8 ounces)
    Prepared chicken or turkey, chopped – 1 and ½ cups
    Cooked spaghetti – 4 cups

Instructions:

  1. In a medium-sized skillet, bring all ingredients except the chicken and pasta to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer covered for about half an hour, stirring occasionally.

    Stir in the chicken pieces and continue simmering for another thirty minutes with occasional stirring. Remove the bay leaf before serving.
    Serve this rich sauce over cooked spaghetti.

Crispy Spinach Salad Recipe  –>

Ingredients:

    Raw spinach – around two to three cups

    Bacon strips – three pieces 

    Avocado sliced – one whole fruit
    Pimiento strips – twelve pieces Salt & pepper to season Olive oil (Italian) – half a cup Vinegar quarter-cup Gorgonzola cheese crumbled – one cup

    Instructions:
    Clean spinach thoroughly removing any stems.& Dry fry bacon until crispy then crumble it into small bits.
    Toss together spinach along with other remaining components.

    Lemon Sorbet Recipe:

    Ingredients:

    Fresh lemon juice – Two and quarter cups Grated lemon zest One tablespoon Simple syrup Four-and-half-cups

    Simple Syrup Instructions:

    Sugar Three Cups Water Six Cups Mix both ingredients then bring them boil within either stainless-steel/enamel pan boiling five mins sieve through cloth-lined strainer allowing cooling.

    Directions:
    Combine everything utilizing ice cream maker freezing accordingly transfer mixture larger container filled ice cubes salted-water beating hand mixer whisk few mins till thoroughly chilled cover place freezer freeze mixing regularly till firm enough enjoy!
